The Panay Center for Disaster Response, Inc. (PCDR) is a non-stock, non-profit disaster response organization that serves vulnerable sectors affected by natural and human-induced calamities in Panay (Aklan, Antique, Capiz, and Iloilo) and Guimaras Islands.
Celebrating 40 years of Helping People Help Themselves this year, PCDR oaths to continue in their work on disaster preparedness and disaster response through the mainstreaming of Community-Based Disaster Management and responding to the most affected and most vulnerable sectors of our society in times of disaster.

Highlighting the big four and zero in it’s timeless salakot logo for its 40th year, PCDR will celebrate its hundreds of success stories for the past four decades and will be implementing a more holistic project for beneficiary communities in Panay Island.

PCDR, as a pioneer of Community-Based Disaster Management (CBDM) Approach in Western Visayas since 1980s, continues to build resilient communities by addressing people’s vulnerabilities and enhancing their capacities.
