PCDR goes to Thailand! 🇹ðŸ‡

BANGKOK, THAILAND – Panay Center for Disaster Response, Inc., was invited by its international partner Johanniter International Assistance during the Partner’s Meeting last September 17-19, 2024, attended by various civil society organizations from Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, and the Philippines.
On the last day of the meeting, PCDR led the discussion on the Shrinking of Civic Spaces. PCDR was also given the whole afternoon to impart a workshop on Community-Based Disaster Management which gained interest from said countries. PCDR shared its best practices in implementing CBDM, showcased its different tools, and shared its disaster preparedness and response expertise.
